Call for Abstracts - Closed
The Call for Abtracts is closed. Submissions should have been returned by 5:00 p.m., EST, on Thursday, January 7, 2009. Questions regarding submission should be emailed to the communications coordinator, Kara Richardson at kara.richardson@uky.edu.

Hotel Reservations
Griffin Gate Marriott is Fully Booked
Reserve your room using the Marriott's online reservation system. Click here to go directly to their site and lock in the conference rate of $169.00 a night. The special rate will only be available until Friday, March 26, 2010.

Four Points Sheraton Now Accepting Reservations for Conference Attendees
We have recently learned that the Marriott is fully booked during the conference and have made arrangements with another area hotel. Rooms are available at the Four Points Sheraton located at 1938 Stanton Way, Lexington, KY 40511. You may secure your reservation by calling 859.259.1311 and mentioning the 'UK Keeneland Conference'. The current room rate is $85.00 a night for a standard single or double guest room. The rate at the Sheraton will only be available until Friday, April 9th, and rooms are available on a first come basis.
