2009 PHSSR Keeneland Conference Survey

Many thanks for taking the time out to attend the 2009 Public Health Systems & Services Research Keeneland Conference. Before you complete the survey, please take a moment to review information about the sessions and download PDFs of interest to you from the 2009 Presentations page.

Your feedback is significant and will be taken into consideration as our team begins designing the program, selecting the moderators, speakers and topics for next year. We appreciate your time and look forward to seeing you in 2010!

Drawing
We will present the winner of our drawing with a copy of
James Archambeault's  coffee table book, KENTUCKY HORSE COUNTRY.  Mr. Archambeault is "one of the most published photographers of Kentucky's beauty and the majesty of the horse."   We believe  this book will bring back fond memories of your trip to the Bluegrass State.

The survey will continue to be active until June 2009.  We may decide to hold another drawing later in the year.  Please check back for updates.
