2nd Annual Conference 2009
Save the Date!
The 2nd Annual KEENELAND CONFERENCE will be held from April 7-9, 2009, in Lexington, Kentucky at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa.
Program
Our conference coordinators have prepared a formal program for the 2009 meeting. If you have specific questions regarding the sessions, please email us. The information in the program is still subject to change..
If you are a member of our online community, you will receive frequent email updates as the agenda for 2009 is finalized. You may also register for membership here.
Call for Abstracts
The Call for Abstracts is now closed. Abstracts should have been submitted by 5:00 p.m., EST, Friday, February 6, 2009. The submission form is a Word document that you can download, fill in and send back to the project director listed on the form. In addition to the scientific session presentations, researchers will have the opportunity to participate in poster sessions during the evening receptions. Applicants may use the same form for both submissions. Questions regarding submission guidelines should be directed to the project directors, Richard Ingram at richard.ingram@uky.edu or Donna Schmutzler at dj.schmutzler@uky.edu.

Registration
Attendees may now register for the conference by downloading the fill-in PDF below and returning it to the conference coordinator via email, mail or fax. Thanks to the generous support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, there is no registration fee. Registration extended until Wednesday, March 25, 2009. Hotel reservations can be made by clicking the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Spa link above. Questions regarding the registration should be directed to the conference coordinator, Rebecca Brown at becki.brown@uky.edu.

Logistics
All of the information attendees will need for hotel reservations, car rental, air travel and ground transportation.

Exhibitors
Interested in exhibiting at the conference? Download the exhibitors registration form below and return it to the communications coordinator, via email, mail or fax. Registration will close on Monday, March 2, 2009. Questions regarding exhibits should be directed to Kara Richardson at kara.richardson@uky.edu.
